We're looking for a Fullstack PHP Developer who is passionate about solving challenging problems. You have sound experience with Yii Framework, PHP and Javascript as well as the ambition to work on an innovative and inspiring project. You believe in your skills and your perspective about the technology world, so you are ready to share your talent with our team.
This position involves working with our team in U.S.
MAIN REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent related hands-on experience
- Creative Problem Solver
- Solid experience with Yii Framework, PHP and MySQL
- Experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript, Jquery and/or Boostrap
- Experience with REST/API
- Good computational and algorithmic skills
- Good communication skills
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience on the events industry or related
- Knowledge of Data Structures and Design Patterns
- Knowledge of AngularJS
- Passion for emerging technologies (Hardware/Software)

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER / FULL TIME
We are looking for a Social Media Manager who is passionate about using technology and the ticket industry. This individual will be a critical contributor in creating and articulating the outbound social media communication and strategy for SeatWish social channels.
SeatWish is a fast growing Portuguese startup working within the Secondary Ticket Industry. We created a social ticket marketplace that allows users to sell, swap ou ask for tickets for concerts, festival or sport events. With SeatWish you will never miss an artist or team.
The Social Media Manager will be able to work within a team and execute in the fast-paced world of secondary tickets and social media communication. This position involves working with our team in U.S. and creating a strategy to harness the social channels of our global network.
The Social Media Manager will report directly to SeatWish CEO.
MAIN REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 3 -5 years experience working in social or digital media, creating engaging content and experiences
- Experience using Hootsuite for publishing
- A demonstrable passion for social media
- Experience growing and engaging influencers and nurturing them through the marketing funnel
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Looking for a Social Media rock star willing to roll up sleeves and grow our Social Media department
- Proven track record developing a social strategy that meets and surpasses department goals
- Ability to build a leading social media department
- Ability to understand social channel development and create or repurpose content across the social stack to help drive website traffic, support revenue goals and grow followers
- Innovate new, creative ways to use social platforms and digital content to tell stories and interact with the SeatWish audience
- Respond to follower questions and concerns shared through social media.
- Write and create content on social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Pinterest , LinkedIn, and Instagram
- Identify accounts to follow across social platforms and create lists for listening to influencers on relevant topics.
- Participate in regular Twitter-chats.
- Develop an overall social editorial plan in coordination with the Development Team, Marketing, and other stakeholders across SeatWish
- Build, listen to, and cultivate the online community across SeatWish social channels
- Provide insights and ongoing metrics
DESIRED EXPERIENCE
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Passion for social media, online communities, social good and nonprofit innovation
- Digital media graphic skills (Photoshop, Illustrator)
